Get My Tech LLC was formed in 2023 by Randy Wilson after observing the perfect storm of technology demands, remote and hybrid work along with relentless inflation. As the cost of living increased, so did the rates technicians were charging everyday people, and the most in need, our growing senior citizen population, was being forced to pay exorbitant rates or live with non-functioning technology.

Get My Tech LLC was created with the mission to provide our community with fairly priced on-demand service that would protect them from predatory per-hour services, especially for those tech support calls that are fairly simple fixes for the average technician.

Get My Tech LLC not only provides technical support, but patient teaching and training to help enrich our customers’ technical skills, provide advice and guidance for customers unsure if they have come across a security risk, purchasing new technology equipment and beyond.
